All milk used at Sidekick and most of the milk we use to make our Cowgirl Creamery cheese, comes from Straus Family Creamery, the first certified organic dairy west of the Mississippi River. Since day one, we have worked in collaboration with the Straus family to make great dairy products using ethical and environmentally sound practices. The cheeses used at Sidekick are available at our shop next door where we sell an excellent selection of farmstead and artisan cheeses from the United States, the British Isles and Europe.
