Christmas 2018 Practice will be on Wednesdays at 7 pm. Everyone is welcome to sing. Even if you are not a regular choir member, just come and sing with us for Christmas.
A new Bible study for women of all ages will be held each Monday night, at 6:00 pm at the home of Melinda McMahone, 2400 Hillside Rd. Donna Lewis will be leading us through The Attributes of God, based on a classic book by A.W. Tozer. Homework for each week will be assigned. A time of concerted prayer, led by Cheryl Leachman, will also be part of each evening. If you desire to learn what can be known about God, come join us!
We need people to help with our Meal Ministry to new parents at FBC! We have had 4 babies born in the past month. Please call Pam Flowers if you can help with this very important ministry. K.I.T. will be Monday, October 15 Fellowship begins at 11:00 am Cost of lunch is $5 The speaker will be Mayor Ronnie Walker.

Contemporary Service in The Depot We have started a live stream service in The Depot Sunday mornings at 8:45 am. Josh Moore will lead a contemporary worship set, and then Dr. Chris’s service will be live streamed to The Depot. We hope that you can make it to the early service and give it a try. The coffee shop will be open from 8:15-8:45 with free drip coffee and discounted specialty drinks.
We are excited that the Telfords and Blacks will be teaching a new class for young marrieds on Sundays at 9:50 am. This class is for couples in their 20s & early 30s who promote out of the newly married class. They will meet on the 2nd floor of the Walters Building.
New Young Professionals Class Donna Lewis will be teaching this class for professionals and grad students in their 20s. They will meet on Sundays at 9:50 am on the 1st floor of the Walters Building.
Ladies Class Mary Owen will be teaching this class for ladies in their 30s and 40s. They will meet on Sundays at 9:50 am on the 3rd floor, Room 322. If you are interested in helping with Night to Shine 2019, then come October 9 at 5:30 pm to the back of The Depot for an informational meeting. If you attended the first meeting then you will not need to attend again. We will also be having a buddy meeting on October 23. Night To Shine will be held on February 8, 2019.
Adults 45 - 65 Jim & Julie Bolton and Steve & Teresa Stone invite you to a new Connection Group for Singles or Couples 45 - 65 on the 3rd floor of the Walters Building.
