PurpleRideStride takes place almost exclusively on the Three Rivers Park District trails. Thank you for helping us turn the park purple and raise awareness in the fight against pancreatic cancer! Follow these simple guidelines to help us ensure we can continue to host this event in the future. • The park and trails will remain open to the public for the duration of the event. Follow the safety instructions here to ensure the enjoyment and safety of everyone using the trails. • There is a variety of wildlife in the park. Be prepared to stop or avoid animals that may run out onto the trail in front of you. • Help keep the park clean! Carry any litter on your person until you reach the next rest stop or trash receptacle.

FOR YOUR SAFETY: • In the case of emergency, call 911 • Helmets are required • Stay hydrated! Bring water or a sports drink with you. Additional refreshments will be provided at rest stops and in the staging area. • Wear sunscreen and reapply regularly.
