Defined as sibling, spouse, de factor partner, grandparent, aunt or uncle, niece or nephew, step-sibling, step-grandparent, step uncle or uncle, step-niece or nephew. Evidence of relationship is required. This relative must have a visa to remain in Australia for the duration of your student visa or until you turn 18

Living with a local carer who is over 21 years, as nominated by student’s parents, to be approved by ECC -

A National Police Check is required for the local carer, and can be applied for at https://www.afp.gov.au/what-we-do/services/criminalrecords/national-police-checks. The local carer must complete ECC’s Local Carer Duty Statement, which will be provided by ECC Admissions to the Local Carer directly
