Moonlight Mystery Madness An Ecumenical Youth Event Moonlight Mystery Madness is an event put on by the Ecumenical Youth Council of Hudson, which is made up of a variety of churches. For grades 6, 7 and 8 Cost $35.00

Registration Opens: Wednesday, September 30th. Registration opens to all Hudson area churches September 30th and spots will fill up very fast! Only the first 150 youth will go, so do not wait to turn in your forms or you may miss out! • Church buses will pick students up after school (Roughly 3:00pm) at Hudson Middle School. • 12am drop off will happen at the Hudson Middle School. *The permission form below and your payment must be given directly to your youth pastor to secure your spot. Once all 150 student spots have been filled registration will close, no exceptions. •

The night of the event bring: canned good, water bottle, flashlight, socks, running shoes (no sandals), clothes appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather. (keep top portion for your reminder). 1. Fill out this section. 2. Detach and return along with $35 to theRefuge on Wednesday night (Checks made out to FCC). 3. This permission form and your payment must be given directly to your youth pastor to secure your spot. 4.
