General • Use graphic design to communicate to the church and our community the vision and mission of Mount Ararat Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Called to use your creativity for ministry • Able to identify elements of good design • Good time management • Strong sense of typography • Excellent communication skills • Able to transform ideas and concepts into clear, compelling design • Exceptional with composition and layout in print design, web design and photography • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop) • Organized, productive, flexible and collaborative • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • 3-5 years of related experience Responsibilities • Produce designs that brand and support our teaching series, worship experiences, website, church-wide initiatives, signage and publications for other ministries and events • Produce graphics and collaborate on ideas for various social media platforms • Brainstorm and collaborate with the Communication Team to develop designs from concept to completion • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
