    General   The Courthouse Campus Worship Leader serves as the primary person responsible for the coordination of production of services at the Courthouse Campus. This position is responsible for all aspects of production at the campus, beginning with rehearsals and leading up to the conclusion of the specific event or service, which includes: implementing the Worship Planning Team’s directives, providing leadership to technical support staff, vocal teams, bands and ensuring that everything is done in a manner consistent with the vision for each service and in accordance with the standards of quality at Mount Ararat Church.   Knowledge,  Skills,  Abilities   • Strong ministerial leadership • Experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of worship leadership and development • Solution-oriented • Positive attitude and positive approach to problem solving • Able to execute quick and professional decisions • Ability to administer and prioritize varied workloads, executing appropriate judgment and confidentiality • Highly self-motivated • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Team player with positive, servant-motivated attitude • Ability to direct musical rehearsals at all levels • Read and write music using standard notation and Nashville numbering system • Basic knowledge of music software • Understanding of live sound reinforcement and studio recording • Lead worship while playing an instrument, such as piano, keyboard or guitar

development, worship production, worship assimilation and worship leadership development at Mount Ararat Church Implement all operations, procedures and protocol of vision for worship ministries set by Worship & Arts Pastor. Provide training and leadership for Courthouse Campus Worship. Build and implement systems and protocols for Worship Department Build, raise up and release worshipers who are strong in character, theology, skill and leadership Implement operations, procedures and protocol of the vision for worship ministries as set by Worship & Arts Pastor Lead weekend services for Courthouse Campus. Conduct musical rehearsals in a professional and pastoral manner Transfer and implement the vision of the Creative Arts Team to the regional campus Lead campus rehearsals and services on a regular, ongoing basis Serve as the primary worship leader at the Courthouse campus Participate in the worship team, worship planning and review meetings at the Garrisonville and Courthouse Campus. Help recruit, schedule and supervise volunteers in support roles Recruit, develop and deploy volunteer teams Regular & Ongoing- evangelism/outreach, shepherding/discipleship. As needed/directed – weddings, funerals, baby dedications, serving communion, missions trips
