TERMS Vendors must clean up site. The set up for booths is between 1:00 and 3:30 p.m. on August 16 th and on August 17th between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. Event times are Friday 4 to dark, and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. You will be responsible for your merchandise overnight on Friday and will need to remove it but can leave the canopies etc. Must not block access to other craft vendors spots and are responsible if any damage is done to other vendors while you are setting up and tearing down. Orange flags and markers will designate water lines and sprinklers. Don’t drive on, or drive stakes into the sprinklers or water lines. Any damage you cause, you pay for. Those requiring electricity are responsible for providing their own extension cords. It is to be understood that the River Festival will not be liable for any damages to property or personal injury occurring during or related to the event.
