National Marketing Coordinator Byron Bay, Full-time 12 month contract SAE is part of the Navitas Group, which is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs, language training, student recruitment and workforce education. We are looking for an experience Marketing Coordinator with the skills to be able to Plan, Coordinate, and implement national marketing and communication activity to support strategies and objectives for SAE Institute. Key Responsibilities:           

Successfully conduct and develop marketing and promotional activities to improve the profile of and increase lead generation that supports revenue for the Institute Assist in the development and implementation of the National Marketing Plan and support the Associate Director – Marketing in ensuring effective tracking against expenditure and the budget. Manage the national media booking schedule in line with the National Marketing Plan and National Marketing Budget for both above the line and digital advertising. Manage relationships with media partners and agencies in terms of advertising planning, implementation and reporting. Coordinate the lead generation and conversion activities of the national marketing (providing support to the campus marketing teams); including compiling content, digital advertising, marketing collateral, lead funnel communications, arranging distribution of E-dm and SMS’s. Liaise with Navitas e-Marketing team to understand the process and set-up of lead capture and campaign tracking for all tactical campaigns Work with graphic designer to manage production of all marketing materials Assist in planning, coordinating and production of national publications and collateral. Ensure staff are aware of and have access to updated promotional materials. Attend all required Marketing meetings and events. Assist across all areas of the national marketing team when operationally required. Respond to enquiries and correspondence in a timely manner.

Essential Criteria: 

      

Post-secondary qualification(s) or equivalent relating to either of the following disciplines highly desirable: - Marketing - Business Studies Demonstrated high level of communication skills both verbal and written Demonstrated leadership qualities and proven organisational skills Effective time management Proficient in the use of the required hardware and software including industry standard communications tools Demonstrated client service orientation Demonstrate the ability to work well autonomously and within a team environment Willingness to pursue professional development opportunities – e.g. understanding of WH&S, Anti-Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Access and Equity, EEO principles and practices and other relevant legislation; knowledge of or the ability to acquire an understanding of Audio, Film, Multimedia, IT, Graphic Arts and Interactive Media
