Step 1. Place the tray – handle frame – leg assembly onto a suitable work platform. e.g. two rails so you have easy access to underneath the tray.

Step 2.



Place the tray upside-down, then add the handle frame, and the leg assembly on top.



Reach under the tray and insert a 60mm bolt through the tray – handle frame – leg assembly.



Add a flat washer, then a nut.



Hand tighten.



Repeat with the next three tray base bolts.

Slide the axle through the wheel bearings then add tube spacers and axle holders, one each side. 

Rest the wheel and axle holder onto the handle frame, matching the four bolt holes.



Use the rear set of holes and add two 60mm bolts from the tub side of the handle frame, through the axle holder.



Add a flat washer, then a nut.



Tighten nut to final tension.

Step 3. Fit two 20mm bolts through the holes in the front of the tray. 

Insert the front support brace over the bolts.



Add the first of two front stays with the shallower bend end over the bolt.



Add a flat washer, then a nut.



Hand tighten.



Repeat with the second front stay.

Step 4. Line up the other end of the front stays with the second hole back from the front of the frame. 

Add the final two 60mm bolts through the frame and axle clamp.



Add a flat washers and nuts.

Step 5. Now tighten all nuts firmly – 10 in total. Step 6. Check tyre is inflated correctly.

Your Ranger wheelbarrow is now ready for use.
