Office hours are open to any student and encourage selfadvocacy & student responsibility for learning. Students may be required to attend office hours by a teacher if they are in danger of failing.

9th GRADE Parents: College Prep Field lesson will take place on November 7-10. Your son/daughter has been given the permission slip, please sign and return. For your convenience, payments can be made online. Complete payment of $350 for field lesson due October 26, 2016.

Our 6th grade team is sponsoring a middle school dance on Friday, October 28th from 4-6 pm. We are asking for donations like; soft drinks, water, chips, candy for our dance. All donations will be greatly appreciated and profit will go towards our 6th grade field lesson. For more information, please contact Mrs. Jimenez or

Mr. O. Garcia. Thank you in advance for your donations!! You can start dropping off donations as soon as this Tuesday, October 11th.

Field Lessons Our College Prep Field Lessons will be held in the Fall Semester. The cost will be $350.

Tryouts with Coach A. Mora, will be Monday 17th from 4:00 pm6:00 pm in the gym for 1st meeting. Please make sure you have a current physical on file in order to attend.

Fundraiser 9th grade students will be selling $6 tickets for a B-B-Q Fundraiser @ Lopez Supermarket – International Road. Please call/text Ms. Barajas to request tickets in order for your son/daughter to fundraise for the field lesson. 956-572-3313 Reach out to any of the 9th grade teachers / students if you would like to purchase a ticket. High School Boys Basketball Tryouts 10/18 Tuesday: 4pm-5:30pm 10/19 Wednesday: 5:20pm-7:00pm (From 3:45pm-5:15pm, please study in the Learning Center)

There may be an extra tryout for those who cannot make either tryout above. Make sure you have turned in your Physical to Coach Mendiola. **If you are unsure about trying out, but are interested, you should try out. You keep the option open for yourself if you try out. By not showing up, you will be making a decision.

Where: Blended Learning Space Every Wednesday for MS students Every Thursday for HS students Time: 3:45 – 5:15 p.m.

Assistant Principal of Operations Early Drop Off Students may not be dropped off before 7:10 AM. Drop off time begins at 7:15am. If students arrive late, they need to be walked into the building/reception area and parents must sign the tardy log. Cellphone Usage The use of cellular phones while driving is prohibited on the school grounds. The safety of our students is our top priority. Pick-up Time / Dismissal Afternoon pick-up times are from 3:45 – 4:15 PM.
