discuss with me that her friend is going through a really hard time in her marriage and is thinking of divorce. My friend wants to give biblical advise, not just take the side and ‘egg her on’ as society is quick to do. I believe as Christians, we must arm ourselves with the truth about marriage so we can give biblical advice. So, while a marriage series would most benefit married couples, it is important for people who are single to know the truth about what God says about marriage.” If you are not married, I hope you will plan to be present and do two things: 1. Pray for the pastors as they share God’s word about marriage. 2. Think of a married couple that you know and pray for them during the service and during the week. ~ Pastor Debbie

Grow GOING DEEPER: Over the next two weeks, as we touch on the topic of marriage, we invite you to carefully read Ephesians 5:21-33 each day. This passage calls us to love one another. Read slowly and soak up the words and pray for the grace to live them out.
