Welcome Reception and Auction | Sunday April 15, 2018 Help us kick off the Inaugural Our Promise Fore the Kids Golf Tournament with a welcome reception and auction at San Jose Country Club. We invite both golfers and non-golfers to our event. If you are not a golfer, please join us for a wonderful evening of fine food, drink and a lively auction. If you are a golfer, in addition to the great day you’ll have on the course, we welcome you to a fabulous evening the night prior to the tournament. We invite you to take part in our silent and live auction featuring several spectacular packages including highly coveted golf outing opportunities, golf memorabilia, merchandise as well as non-golf related items.

About Nemours Children’s Specialty Care Nemours Children’s Specialty Care, Jacksonville is part of the Nemours Children’s Health System – a trusted national resource for children’s health focused on providing pediatric specialty care, research, education, prevention and advocacy. In 1991, Nemours in Northeast Florida opened its lobby doors and created a new way of caring for children. We employ 110 pediatric specialists and researchers across 19 specialty divisions and provide care locally to more than 81,000 children each year. Today, Nemours Children’s Specialty Care, Jacksonville is still on the leading edge of providing innovative, family-centered care for children from our area, as well as from across the United States and the rest of the world. However, our lobby – quite literally the front door for families entering our care – has remained largely unchanged in those 25 years. With Nemours Children’s Specialty Care, Jacksonville seeing about 500 patients a day, often with whole families in attendance, it means more than 1,500 people a day come through a lobby that was not designed for comfort and caring of that volume. The inaugural Our Promise Fore the Kids will help support the Nemours lobby transformation. Currently, plans are underway to construct a new lobby dedicated to the superior health care delivery experience that Nemours is known for. Our Promise Fore the Kids tournament will help create a lasting legacy, enabling our facility to provide the highest level of patient care and comfort into the future.
