Creation and implementing of an online and offline marketing plan according to allocated budget. Plan and develop promotional and communications strategies via internet, GDS, media, placement of advertising as directed, printed materials and other sales & promotional tools. Management of all PR related activities including blogger relations. Management of natural search optimization and core social media visibility and presence. Work with local third party partners, including local media, and maintain professional working relationships with local official bodies. Work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges, as required. All work is carried out in line with brand’s guidelines, the departmental business plan and the property’s needs in terms of advertisement, keeping a strong focus on revenue generating initiatives.

At least 3 years’ experience in a leading marketing role, preferably in the tourism industry. Relevant degree, in marketing, business development or other relevant business field will be considered as an asset Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges Experience of developing, creating and managing promotional campaigns and marketing activities with assosciated costs and working to budget restraints Ability to work under pressure at all times Knowledge of computer design/graphic software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Communicates key information effectively to all levels of management using a variety of communication tools and excellent interpersonal skills Excellent judgement, time management and decision making skills Able to relate to the marketing world and adapt to changing priorities quickly and with ease Knowledge of SEO, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign will be considered an asset. Be passionate about photography & video, good knowledge on using mobile devices & editing rich content.
