PANTRY CLEANUP GUIDE Simple guide to help kick start you healthy lifestyle by: Farah @beyoufhit

WHERE TO START? First remove all the

processed foods from

your pantry &/or cabinets. This includes: -unhealthy granola bars -unhealthy cereal -poptarts -gummies -exc. You can either remove them completely or place them in a large sealed container so your kids can still enjoy them until you are ready to discard of them.

NEXT... Discard of any sugary juices, sodas, exc. Either place them on a separate shelf (you will not touch) or discard. Juices and sodas contain the highest amount of sugar and will not help you reach your goals.

Replace with Zevia soda which has no sugar, infused natural fruit waters. Bai.

Creating a shelf for your healthy options and a shelf for your family/kids will help you stay on track.

You can do this!

WHAT CAN I EAT THEN?? So, I just had you remove everything you love from your fridge and pantry. Now what?  (your'e probably rolling your eyes by now).

Don't fear! There are plenty of options.

quest bars, one brand bars, Rx bars, and protein plus bars are some of the few bars I -

like to snack on throughout the day. They contain

less sugar then most.

Rice cakes topped with 1-2 tbsp of your

-

favorite nut butter of choice.

baby carrots, celery sticks with 1-2tbsp

-

your favorite dips (homemade ranch, hummus, guac)

2 hard boiled eggs with your choice of

-

spread. - Plain greek yogurt with fruit toppings, vanilla extract, honey.

-Mozzarella string cheese

- 1 cup air popped pop corn

- 1 cup of

fruit of choice

See image below for example

PRE-PACKAGED FOR FRIDGE 15 CARROTS 2 CELERY STICKS HOMEMADE GRANOLA

READY FOR FRIDGE

DON'T WORRY... You can still enjoy those foods you love!

Give yourself 1 cheat meal a week to indulge on your favorite foods. This will help your metabolism fight those bad nutrients; not just the good ones.

SOME EXTRA FUN STUFF!

1 CUP GREEK YOGURT 1 CUP LT. SOUR CREAM 1 PKG RANCH

IN A BOWL

1/2 CUP OF EACH VARIETY OF NATURAL NUT OF CHOICE 1/2 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS SCOOP 2 TBSP AND PLACE IN SNACK BAG

OTHER TIPS: Always look at the ingredients list and labels. If there is a name you do not recognize, your body won't recognize it either.

Frozen fruits and veggies are just as good as fresh. Again just be sure to read the labels.

You are worth it!
