Dear Parents and/or Guardians,

February 20, 2019

Student Life Camp is July 8-12 at YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, CO for students entering 7th-12th grades and graduating seniors. Although camp is still 4 months away, it will be here soon—so mark your calendar. Go to StudentLife.com to learn more about Student Life Camps and this year’s theme: “ACCESS”.

Most Important Week of the Summer

I say this every year, but I really do believe Student Life Camp is one of the most important weeks in the life your teen! God often uses youth camp to influence teens to make life-changing decisions for Him. I know, that’s where I surrendered my life to God. As a Youth Pastor I saw God work in the lives of numerous teens at youth camp. As your Pastor I pray the same for your teen.

Single Greatest Factor

Parents, do you realize you are the single greatest factor in determining whether or not your teen goes to Student Life Camp? So I want to encourage you to do everything possible to make sure your teen attends Student Life Camp this summer. But you need to act soon: a $60 deposit (non-refundable) is due by Sunday, March 31! You may pay the $60 deposit online (WeAreLifeBridge.com) or in person (cash or check).

Camp Deposit Student Life Camp has the potential to sell out. This means space is limited. The $60 deposit guarantees your teen’s reservation at camp. After the March 31 deadline, space is strictly based on availability as well as space on the vans. Please note: ALIVE! Student Ministry will not hold reservations without a paid deposit.

Camp Cost The cost is $330. The balance of $270 (after paid deposit) is due Sunday, July 7. Cost includes camp T-shirt, camp journal, transportation, lodging, food at camp, indoor swimming, hiking, team recreation, basketball, volleyball, archery, disc-golf, mini-golf, plus much more. Note: Does not include food while traveling and some activities cost additional money.

Camp Fundraiser We will sponsor a fundraiser to help students offset the cost of Student Life Camp by selling trash bags. Yes, it is the same trash bags the students have sold in the past. Like last year, we sell the trash bags for $11 per roll with a profit margin of $4. On Behalf of the ALIVE! Student Ministry Team, Pastor Bruce
