Porlock Avenue Hattersley Hyde SK14 3LE Telephone: 0161 368 5962 PARENT CONSULTATIONS Dear Parents, On Wednesday 3rd April we will be holding our second Parent Consultation Meetings at Discovery Academy. These will be held between 1:00 and 6pm. At Discovery Academy we place a high value on parental partnership and being involved in your child's learning. An important part of this is ensuring your attendance at our Parental Consultations. These meetings in the Spring term are an opportunity for you to discuss how your child has settled into school, what the baseline assessments have told us and how your child is progressing with their targets. To ensure that all parents have the opportunity to meet the teacher each consultation will last for 10 minutes and it is vital that this is adhered to. To book your appointment please indicate which time slot you would prefer and return to your class teacher as soon as possible. Times will be allocated on a first come first served basis. We envisage that the times near the end of the school day (3 - 4 pm slot) will be most popular and will be taken up very quickly. We look forward to speaking to you about your child,
