PARTNERS COMMITTEES Partners Steering Committee The PARTNERS User Group is governed by a Steering Committee of customer representatives who are the board of directors of the PARTNERS User Group. The Partners Steering Committee is instrumental in orchestrating the annual PARTNERS User Group Conference and Expo and oversees the other customer committees. Product Advisory Council (PAC) The PAC represents the voice of the customer and works closely with Teradata to gather customer requirements—both short- and long-term—to address key product issues. The PAC also facilitates a comprehensive product enhancement request (ER) process, which equitably represents the entire customer base. Teradata Aster PAC The Teradata Aster Product Advisory Council is a group of existing customers who provide input to Teradata on the product direction for the Aster Discovery Platform along with other related Teradata products and platforms. Teradata Marketing Applications PAC The Teradata Marketing Applications Product Advisory Council provides advisory input into product development activities for Teradata’s marketing applications, including Marketing Operations, Customer Interaction Manager, Real-Time Interaction Manager, and Digital Marketing Center. Consisting of license holders and end-users, the Teradata Marketing Applications Product Advisory Council  comes together to provide insight into new business strategies, processes, and functionality with an eye toward adding business value to Teradata’s Integrated Marketing Cloud. Service Focus Team (SFT) The SFT works closely with Teradata on key issues regarding support services and other areas that fall beyond the scope of product enhancements. The SFT represents the concerns of Teradata customers and gathers feedback to make service improvements. Unified Data Architecture Product Advisory Council (UDA PAC) The UDA PAC represents the valuable voice of the customer, providing client questions, suggestions and concerns directly to the Teradata Labs team.
