If you are interested in serving by preparing food or staffing the shelter, email or call Laurel Lebo (630-231-2594), or sign up at the Welcome Center. COLLIDE with us on Wednesday, February 1! Pizza dinner begins at 6:00 PM followed by classes for kids and prayer meeting at 7PM. Cost for dinner is $5/person and $10/families. Please RSVP on our website. Town Hall Sunday, February 12, in the Living Water Room at our Wheaton Campus we will celebrate a few people who have served, review where we have come and take a look at where we are going as a church in the next few months. Our meeting will last from 12:45 PM–2:00 PM; childcare and a light lunch provided. Restore Missions Conference Missions is not only AROUND the world but also ACROSS the street. Let us gather to have our hearts ignited, expanded, and equipped as we celebrate our God of mission and pray for the nations. Mark your calendars: March 1-8; come with your home group & Join us! SERVE @ WELLSPRING There are opportunities to serve in projection/lighting, worship team, and Children’s Ministry. All those in leadership with Wellspring Kids are invited to join us on Thursday, February 16, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Living Water room, as Scottie May helps us explore this important topic together. The Table is back! These are one time dinners in various homes throughout February, and into March. This is a great opportunity to meet new people at Wellspring! Sign up in the foyer today! The Rock is invited to save the date for our next outing, Feb 25 to Feed My Starving Children in Aurora.
PRAY WITH US
• Pray for those who are recovering from recent surgeries, illness or medical treatment and continue to ask God for healing for Michele Phoenix, Gary Wemhaner, Mia Gilberd, and others. • Pray for God’s blessing on the marriage of Christina Lee and Brandon Chan as they wed this coming Saturday. • Lift up Steve Hands and his family as they grieve the loss of his grandmother, Lou Cole, who passed away last week. • Ask for God’s blessing on those who serve in our worship ministry and ask Him to provide people to serve and to encourage Pastor Reggie as he develops and leads the teams.
INTERNATIONAL WORKER FOCUS • Pray that Tim & Melanie Wendel will get much needed rest as they are on home assignment this year. Ask that the work they are doing in Latin America will lead to further Gospel proclamation, pray for training of leaders in an emerging ministry, and praise Him for Maria, who recently accepted Jesus.
