Prayer meetings in December. No prayer meeting on Dec 24, 28 or 31. Holiday Services Christmas Eve - 4 & 6pm (childcare at the 4pm service only). Christmas Day & New Year’s Day - One service at 10am (no childcare these mornings). Worship Bags available to enhance the worship experience for families with young children. One per family please, however, if you have 4 or more children please take two! Kindly return the worship bags to the cart at the end of the service. Advent Giving Projects. This Advent, our local project will be to help JUST of DuPage provide a Bible to every inmate at the DuPage County Jail. Our international project will be to help see the Africa Study Bible distributed throughout Africa. Mark “Advent” on the memo of your check or online giving and the money will go to each of these projects. Winter OIL is a conference at Wheaton College on Jan 4–7 targeting college students but open to all. This year’s theme is “I Have Overcome the World.” More information and registration at winteroil.org.

• Ask for God’s comfort for Sandy Glab, whose 84 year old father, Donald Finley passed away unexpectedly on November 27. • Praise God for the birth of Jaden Joseph Lancaster, born to Mason and Caroline Lancaster in November. • Pray for Michele Phoenix, who had surgery on Tuesday and ask that God will heal her body and give her a quick recovery. • Lift up Mary Ellen Slefinger, Director of Hospitality, as God uses her gifts to bless others and to cast vision for us to become a place where people experience God’s love.
INTERNATIONAL WORKER FOCUS • Pray for Wes & Cori Nevius, serving in Senegal as they encourage new believers in their faith. Pray that God will protect these new believers and keep them firmly rooted as they face many challenges in their Christian walk.
