This schedule is to be read in conjunction with all other SDPSA drawings 1310 (AS) 08/01 and GA plans. Refer to ER's for further specifications. 3. Frames to be fixed at maximum of 300mm centres. 4. Internal lining (FD30) spec- Minimum 32mm lining with minimum density of 510kg/m3. Stops to be minimum 12mm pinned and glued. 5. 150x150mm grilles provided at high and low level in store / airing cupboard doors containing gas meters or boilers. All to M & E requirements. 6. All external doors to have double glazed unit where noted. External pane to be laminated, internal pane to be toughened. 7. All fire doors with suffix 'S' to have intumescent strips and smoke seals. 8. Entrance doors to have a minimum mass per unit area of 25kg/m3 or a minimum sound reduction index of 29dBRw. 9. For entrance door elevations refer to door detail drawings 1310 (AS) 08/01. 10. Ensure transfer of air throughout the dwelling, provide 10mm undercut to all internal doors above floor finish. 11. This schedule is to be read in conjunction with ironmongery schedule 1310 (AS) 08/08 & 08/09. 12. Doors to be ply painted finish, flush with frames. In accordance with the ER's. 13.
