Pet Policy Acknowledgement I understand that I will be charged $100.00 plus tax cleaning fee for my stay per guest room per pet while at Postcard Inn Beach Resort & Marina. I acknowledge that additional fees will be assessed for all damages and/or extensive cleaning that may be incurred due to my pets.

I further understand that if my pet(s) becomes a disturbance to other guests that I may be asked to check-out of my room without refunds or adjustments being rendered. I may also have to cover the cost incurred by the resort from the disturbance to another room due to my pet(s). I understand that the weight limit for pets staying at Postcard Inn Beach Resort & Marina is a combined weight of 40 pounds. I acknowledge that if my pet’s size exceeds that weight limit, I will be charged a $500 fee. Housekeeping will not enter a room with a pet(s) in the room. Your pet(s) will need to be out of the room in order to receive service. Please call the front desk to arrange a time for the room to be cleaned during the normal housekeeping hours of 8am-3pm. Finally, I understand that Postcard Inn Beach Resort & Marina is not responsible for unattended pet(s) in my room. By signing this document, I fully release Postcard Inn Beach Resort & Marina, it’s management, agents, owners, affiliates, and other entities for any and all liability whatsoever for my pet(s) while at the resort.
