GAME LENGTH:

8 U-12U (6 Innings) / 13U - 1 4 U (7 Innings) GAME TIMES:

(8U) No time Limit/6 innings or Run Rule. (9U-14U) 1:40 No Drop Dead Time RUN RULE: 15 after 3 / 10 after 4 / 8 after 5 (All age groups) PITCHING LIMITATIONS: 9U-12U (8 Innings - 24 outs) / 13U-14u (10 innings - 30 outs) Total innings pitched is not limited on either day. If a pitcher goes over the limitation based on a double or triple play, that team will not be Penalized. LINE-UP:

You have four choices: 1. Bat a straight 9. The 9 players on the lineup card will bat in the order as listed and play defense. Substitutions are authorized. 2. Bat 9 with a DH (Designated Hitter). DH can bat for anyone in the lineup but can not play defense. If your DH comes in the game to play defense, the DH spot is terminated. You can substitute for either the offensive or defensive player. 3. Bat 10 with an EH (Extra Hitter). The 10 players on the lineup card have free defensive substitution but must bat in the order listed. Substitutions are authorized. 4. Bat the entire lineup. If everyone on the roster is listed on the lineup, you have free defensive substitution with all of the players. You cannot have both a DH (Designated Hitter) and EH (Extra Hitter) in the lineup at the same time.

Batting lineups are only collapsible if a player is incapacitated or bodily fluids are exposed as long as you do not fall below 9 players. All teams must start with 9 players but can finish with 8 players. If a team falls below 9 eligible players, it is up to the other team to notify the umpire that they are batting out of order. COURTESY RUNNER: You can courtesy run for the pitcher or catcher once they reach base. If a subsequent pitch or play is made, the pitcher or catcher will run for themselves. If you have substitutes, the courtesy runner will be one of the substitutes currently not in the game. If you are batting the whole lineup, the courtesy runner will be the last batted out in that inning or the previous inning. If you have no outs recorded for the game, the courtesy runner will be the last player listed on the lineup furthest from the player currently at bat. The courtesy runner is a speed up rule.
