The North Georgia Conference of The United Methodist Church Disaster Response Alert: West Virginia Flooding-Please join us in praying for the people of West Virginia where flooding has caused havoc. UMCOR is working with local officials to respond. Those who wish to support UMCOR’s response to, and preparedness for, disasters in the US, are always encouraged to give to the US Disaster Response Advance #901670 (directly to UMCOR) or Fund #4390 when giving through the North Georgia Conference. Just a Reminder-The Trustees will not meet in July The 'Becoming More Than a Good Bible Study Girl’ Women's Group continues this Tuesday evening, July 12th, @7:00 p.m. at the home of Sandy Adams, 234 Pine Drive, (706) 663-4420. We'll see how praising God helps us to disengage our minds, mouths, and hearts from going to ugly places when confronted with difficult situations and struggles.
