PINEBROOKE WEBSITE TUTORIAL Entering or Updating a Maintenance Request 1. Access the website at www.pinebrookecondo.com. NOTE: You will have to register one time on the website in order to have access. 2. The default page after your log in will contain your name and address.

3. To enter a new maintenance request, or to check the status of an existing request or add a comment to an existing request, click Edit My Home. The following screen will appear.

From this screen you can add or delete occupants of your home, or update contact information.

4. Click Requests to access the screen to add a new maintenance request or see a list of your existing requests.

5. To add a new request, click New Request on the right side of the page.

The New Request page will automatically have your contact information entered. Type in Subject and Description to provide information about what you are requesting. You can add a picture by clicking new attachment. Click Submit when you are done.

6. To modify or add a comments to an existing request, click the blue Task name on the list of your existing requests.

The screen for that specific task will open.

This screen shows the description which you originally entered, to whom the task was assigned, the Status, and the last time the task was updated. You can see what has been done to complete the task. You might need to add more information, or respond to a question from the Maintenance staff, such as providing a convenient time for the work to be completed. To add a new comment, click New Comment on the right side of the screen.

Adding a comment in this way ensures that your latest comment gets attached to the correct request. Please DO NOT create a new task in order to add a new comment or to respond to a question from the Maintenance staff. 7. When you click the Add Comment button, a new Comment box opens in the middle of the screen.

Enter your comment or response, then click Save.
