Portland Adventist Elementary School Back to School List – 2018-2019 5th Grade

None of these items are required to be new, you are welcome to use items already on hand. • Backpack • Water bottle – must have a closed top so that if it falls off a desk it will not spill. • NLT Bible – This will be your child’s Bible to keep, to highlight in and make notes in all year, and to use again next year. This will be the textbook for Bible class, so it is important that it be the NLT version. We want them to love it so it is the student’s choice on color, style, etc. • Optional Mechanical Pencil – Regular pencils provided by teachers. • $40 (NOTE: $40 school supply fee must be paid separately from tuition payment. If paying by check, make out to PAES and put “5th Supply Fee” in the memo line.) I will do the rest of the back-to-school shopping for you! Erasers, glue, rulers, scissors, paper, notebooks, etc.…all that will be provided by me!
