ALL CHURCH Baptism • Sunday, May 18 @ 12:30 pm in the Chapel. Please fill out a connection card or sign up in the lobby. Mowing • Sign up now to help us mow the church grass. Fill out a connection card or sign up in the lobby. Midweek Worship • Every Thursday through June 19th @ 10:30 am in the Chapel. Potluck brunch every second Thursday @ 11:30 am. Join us and bring a friend! Project GO • Saturday, June 7, various locations and times. This is our annual day to mobilize the membership of LifeSpring Church to serve in the community. Volunteers will be needed for many different projects. Sign up sheets are already in the lobby for several projects. On Mission Honduras: May 25 to June 4. A team of college students will travel to Cortes to do construction work, children’s ministry, and evangelism. Honduras: June 28 to July 5. A large team of adults, college students, and teens will serve with the Baptist Medical and Dental Mission and minister through medical, dental, vision, and veterinarian support, as well as providing shoes, clothing, evangelism, and training.

Spiritual Health Survey In order to get a snapshot of the spiritual health of our church, and as part of his D.Min. dissertation project, Pastor Steve Hicks will be conducting the Transformational Discipleship Assessment (TDA) at LSC. Save the Date: Raising a Joshua • Saturday, July 19 from 11am to 4 pm at Platte River State Park. Come enjoy food and fellowship, and experience a day with Dad and Son to build and bond your relationship. Fishing, archery, and a great message about coming of age and how to become a Godly man and leader. Picnic area and food provided for lunch. No cost, but a free will offering will be taken.

Pursuit Middle School Retreat • This is our 5th annual Middle School retreat! It is for students that have completed 6th – 8th grade. It’s going to be a blast with teaching sessions, a sweet worship band, a bunch of awesome games, tons of great food and snacks, hang out time, full Sunday morning worship service, and of course a massive bonfire! It is May 16-18 and the cost is $40. If you missed the registration deadline, there is still room. See Pastor Ryan to sign up. The Torrent • Our Wednesday night summer program called the Torrent begins May 21. This is a highly interactive gathering for outgoing 6th graders through graduates designed to take students much deeper into God’s word. Join us for games, a video teaching series by Matt Chandler called “Recovering Redemption,” and great group discussion times. Super Summer • This is our summer camp for students who have completed 6th grade up through graduates! Our weeks are July 7-11 (primarily high school) and July 14-18 (primarily middle school). The cost is $210 and the deadline to sign-up is May 18. Forms are available on our website or in the chapel. Turn in forms and $100 deposit to Pastor Ryan or the church office to reserve your spot.

KID’S KREW Join Agency D3 (Vacation Bible School 2014) • June 23 to 27 @ 8:30 am to Noon. Registration for kids (Completed Kindergarten through Fifth Grade) is going on now in the lobby. Agency D3 t-shirts are available for $7, and Music CDs for $2. Special Agents Needed: Volunteer for a special assignment called VBS and help kids find the clues that will help them Discover, Decide, and Defend their faith. Visit the Children’s Welcome Hut Table and sign up! Eagle Lake ON LOCATION Camp • Monday through Friday, August 4-8 @ 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. For all children ages 6-12. Register at the Welcome Hut or online at eaglelakecamps.com. Only $150 per child with a $50 discount for each additional child in the family. LifeGroups
LifeGroups are the heartbeat of LSC. LifeGroups meet during the week in homes throughout our community. We encourage every teen and adult to be involved in one of these community/study groups. For more information please visit the guest info counter in the lobby or check out our web site.
Students & College
Our main time to gather is boilingpoint, our weekly student worship experience every Sunday morning. We have two identical gatherings, one at 9:30 am and one at 11:00 am, both gatherings are in the LSC chapel. “The Well” college-age worship gathering meets every third Sunday night of the month. Sunday School for Children
Sunday School is available for infants through 6th grade each Sunday morning at 9:30 and 11:00 am.
