*In the Preferred Advantage program, SRP (Suggested Retail Price) is defined as the price of items purchased prior to any applicable discounts or previously earned rewards. Tax is applied to the Preferred Client’s final cost. Shipping is based on the SRP of the order.

Also, Preferred Rewards are applied to the order total after the Preferred Client’s 20% discount has been applied. Benefits Preferred Rewards are convenient

As your Preferred Client shops for favorite products through Shop Online, at a hosted event or by contacting Customer Service, rewards will be automatically placed into the Preferred Client’s personal Arbonne account when a minimum $150 SRP order is submitted.

Rewards are easy to use

When it’s time to redeem, all your Preferred Client has to do is shop! As items are added to your Preferred Client’s shopping cart, a previously earned Preferred Reward will automatically be applied to that order once it has reached $150 SRP. No promo codes to remember. No special links to worry about, and a reward is redeemable up to 60 days after it was earned.

Redeem and earn rewards on the same order

That’s right! Preferred Clients will enjoy the savings from a previously earned Preferred Reward on a qualifying order and earn another one on the same order for a future purchase!

Redeeming and earning is flexible

Whether your Preferred Client is the host of an Arbonne party or event and elects to use an existing reward, earn a new reward or do both – that’s no problem! Two weeks before a Preferred Reward expires, your Preferred Client will receive a friendly email reminder of any unused rewards. Also, you have visibility of all pending rewards waiting to be redeemed by your Preferred Clients in WebStats! Simply look under Me > My Preferred Clients. You can easily run a report and remind your loyal Preferred Client that a reward is waiting to redeemed.
