Pre-K Enrichment Classes Enrichment Classes are also offered at RLC Preschool! Students can enjoy classes that emphasize specific topics that may include: science, art, music, dance and more. These classes are offered on certain afternoons from 12:45 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. Optional: Lunch Brunch from 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. Students bring their own lunch to eat and socialize with friends while waiting for Enrichment Class to begin. A rest time, play time and/or large motor activity is provided during that hour. Enrichment classes are an opportunity for an enrolled student to extend their day, as well as dive deeper into different subjects. For more details, visit our website at: www.rosevillelutheran.org/ages-and-stages/rlc-preschool. We’d love for your child to join us and discover the possibilities!

At Roseville Lutheran Preschool: We share God’s love by caring for our students and fostering meaningful relationships with students. We teach students the love of Jesus through Bible stories, prayer and expressing kind actions towards one another. Preschool children will benefit from a program that is comprehensive, integrated and developmentally appropriate. Children learn through play what no one can teach them. Play encourages divergent thinking, which helps our children solve problems. Play is the cornerstone of all future learning because it emphasizes the process, not the product.

When is Roseville Lutheran Preschool in operation? The preschool program is a nine-month program. School is in session from September thru May. We typically follow the Roseville School district for holidays and school breaks, with the exception of teacher workshops and parent teacher conferences. A calendar of special events and no school dates is provided at the beginning of the school year.

How do I register? Registration is completed online. Please go to the link: http://bit.ly/RLCPreKRegister Toward the end of the online registration you will be prompted to pay your $50 registration fee (non-refundable) to secure your spot for next year. You have the choice of paying online or sending a check/cash payment to the preschool: 1215 Roselawn Ave. W. Roseville, MN 55113. Once you have submitted your registration online, a confirmation email will be sent. In the confirmation email, you will receive three attached documents. These are the remaining required forms that are due by Preschool Orientation (Aug. 27/28) for your child to start preschool: Emergency Form, Health Summary and Immunization Form. Please note: You will need to log in to register. If you do not have a log in–you will need to create an account and then you will log in. Once this occurs, then you can register online. If you have an questions, or need assistance please contact Jenifer Johnson at 651-488-6887, or email, [email protected].

When can my child attend school? Children who are 3 or 4 years old by Sept. 1 of this school year can register. All children must be toilet trained to attend. In addition, all required forms need to be completed before your child can attend the first day of school. These include: registration form, emergency form, immunization form and the health summary.

What is the cost? The tuition costs for the 2019-20 programs are: 2-day program ........................................ $120 per month 3-day program ........................................ $165 per month 5-day program ........................................ $220 per month

What is the method of payment? Tuition is due on your child’s first day of class each month. During the Preschool Orientation or by the first day of class in September, we will collect the first and last month’s tuition (Sept. and May’s). This will ensure us 30 days to find a replacement for the vacancy created in the class in case you find it necessary to withdraw. Tuition is the same whether the month is short or long, and if your child is sick or on vacation. Full tuition should be paid during the school year to insure your child’s continued enrollment. You can pay by check to: Roseville Lutheran Preschool and drop it off in the classroom. Or you can pay online through www.RosevilleLutheran.org (see the Director for details). Limited financial assistance is available. (See the Director for an application).
