This confirms that the Secretary of State does not intend to list this building or these buildings to which the notice relates for the period set out below. Certificate of Immunity Number: 1439371 Derby City Council have commenced pre-demolition surveys and will progress a planning application to enable the Council to fund and progress the demolition of the building(s) in line with the preferred redevelopment option being agreed and submitted as a planning application in parallel with the preferred delivery partner.

Development Opportunity
