Privacy & Security Is My Information Secure? Although SRC Connect is an internet-based application, NONE of its data will show up in any search engines and can only be viewed by SRC Connect users. YOU control how much of your information is viewed by others. Below is a list of privacy setting recommendations. When you first sign in, all of these are set to ‘Church Leadership Only.’ You can change these by logging in and selecting “GO TO MY PROFILE” on the upper right hand side of the page. Then select “UPDATE PRIVACY” under the profile settings. The setting option “everyone” refers to everyone who is part of SRC Connect. Suggested Profile Settings Profile – Listed Birthday – Friends & Group Members Gender – Everyone Marital Status – Friends & Group Members Anniversary – Friends & Group Members Allergies – Church Leadership Only Custom Fields – Church Leadership Only Contact Phone – Everyone Home Phone – Everyone Work Phone – Friends & Group Members Mobile Phone – Friends Email – Emails are only shared with “Appropriate Church Leadership.” Normal users can contact you via email, but don’t see your email address.
