

Carlton has a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos and an MBA from City University in London.



He is also a graduate of DOMATA School of Missions and School of the Local Church, both in Tulsa, Oklahoma.



Carlton worked in the Information technology Industry in the UK and moved back to Nigeria in 2007



He was the head of E-banking for one of the largest banks in Nigeria, before starting High Life Church in Lagos.
