The Town of West Hartford Department of Leisure Services Elmwood Community Center Is seeking applicants For the part-time position of:
Program Coordinator Application Deadline: September 8, 2017
Salary Range: $17- $20 per hour
Example of Duties: Plan, execute and supervise a variety of program activities for pre-schoolers through adults year round. Research new programs and find suitable instructors to hire and supervise. Communicate with Instructors regarding program enrollment and Responsible for hiring, training and supervising summer camp staff. Marketing of programs to include flyers, website and social media. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree preferred. Experience in program planning required. Must be creative, organized, customer oriented, resourceful and responsible. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and basic computer skills required. Must have ability to multi-task. Hours of Work: Permanent part-time – approx. 18 hours per week.
