Job Description – Camp/Program Intern Definition The Camp/Program Intern is the person responsible for assisting the Camp Department with productivity and daily operations of all aspects of the Camp Department when and where appropriately needed. This position insures the successful implementation of the summer camp program through daily hands-on assistance to the Camp Director/Camp Department. Performance Expectations The Camp Program/Intern is expected to:  Assist the Camp Director with selected administrative duties to include: inventorying camp supplies, paperwork/forms, packing/unpacking for camps, data entry, servicing customer and instructional staff needs, etc.  Communicate to the Camp Director any problems or potential problems encountered while performing duties.  Assist other company departments on as needed basis.  Effectively operate company technology and computer software.  Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills.  Work without constant supervision and identifying challenges and solutions to be discussed with Camp Director/Director of Operations before making a decision that will effect the company’s reputation or financial outcome.  Exhibit enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.
