Bidders must attend a pre-bid walk through of the site on Thursday, April 23, 2015 beginning at 1:00 p.m. A Professional/Visitor LEIN Request must be completed by everybody who will be attending the pre-bid walk thru. The completed Lien Request must be e-mailed to Kim Atkinson at
[email protected] no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 20, 2015. Anyone that has not been LEIN cleared prior to the walk through will not be permitted entry.

Replace fire alarm systems in each of the following buildings at the Hiawatha Facility: Maintenance, Food Service, Administration (two buildings, inside and outside), Education, Pavilion, Four Housing Unit buildings, and K-Unit Housing at the Kinross Facility.
