Please include in your request, the project name and date, time and place of the Pre Bid Walkthrough. NOTE: An individual is only permitted to represent one bidder at a mandatory walk-through. DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

Provide all material and labor to replace the primary cable between Housing Unit 3 and Housing Unit 5. New 15kV primary cable will be installed in a new duct bank leaving underground Chamber 4 outside of Housing Unit 2 and run to new pad-mounted primary switches outside Housing Unit 4. The duct bank will continue to underground Chamber 6 outside Housing Unit 5. Each Housing Unit is fed with two independent utility sources with is selectable at the building’s transformer. This will allow work to be completed on one circuit at a time while minimizing downtime to the Housing Units. Bid Documents are still being developed and will be posted on www.Buy4Michigan.com as Addendum 1 to this advertisement.
