Weber County Library Request for Bid Voice Services

1) Project Goal: a) To provide the Weber County Library System with voice services including long distance, POTS, and digital trunk service. Services to begin NLT 15 August 2015. 2) Locations: a) Main Library – 2464 Jefferson Ave. Ogden, UT 84401 b) North Branch Library – 475 E. 2600 N. North Ogden, UT 84414 c) Ogden Valley Library – 131 S. 7400 E. Huntsville, UT 84317 d) Pleasant Valley Library – 5568 S. Adams Ave. Washington Terrace, UT 84405 e) Southwest Branch/HQ Library (new construction) – 2038 W. 4000 S. Roy, UT 84067 3) Services Requested: i) POTS lines - Must support alarm/emergency/911 systems (1) Main Library – 1 line (2) North Branch Library – 1 line (3) Ogden Valley Library – 1 line (4) Pleasant Valley Library – 3 lines (5) Southwest/HQ – 5 (new) lines b) Digital trunk (PRI, SIP, etc) – Southwest Branch/HQ location i) Provide ability for no less than 12 simultaneous inbound/outbound calls c) Port existing DID’s to new service i) Approximately 112 total d) Long distance service at all locations e) Port existing 1-800 number to new service Proposed solution(s) must be compatible with existing Mitel 5000 equipment.

Contractual agreements/proposals longer than 36 months will not be considered.
