Shari ng our Process Handout our Waterfall In the handout is the outline for the flow of the work to be done on this project (to present at the 2015 CEL Fall Conference on project management).

Waterfall Basi cs • You do not leave a Pool until it is complete. • Construction does not begin until all the other Pools have been completed. • If a change needs to be made in any Pool, you are required to go back up to the first Pool to see what this change affects.

The team determines if the change is important enough to make, based on the additional cost in time and resources. This review of all the Pools can alert the team to any unforeseen consequences of that one change.
