Project Manager- Sales & Marketing Full Time, 12 Month FTC, Sydney CBD Navitas is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs, English language training and settlement services, creative media education, workforce education and student recruitment.

About the role Reporting to the General Manager Marketing and Recruitment, this newly created role will support the delivery of the transformation programme in the Sales and Marketing function. The role will work alongside Executive sponsors to manage the end-to-end delivery of key Sales and Marketing initiatives and support the implantation of projects to drive regional efficiencies and world-class quality.

Essential Criteria 

Previous experience in managing projects, with knowledge of project methodologies and tools



Previous experience in leading change programs



Demonstrated ability in building strong relationships, including ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in a complex, matrix environment



Highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail, including the capacity to arrange workload to meet conflicting priorities and deadlines



Ability to work collaboratively in ambiguous environments by adapting to various situations and change priorities

Desirable Criteria 

MBA or other relevant qualifications



Good understanding of processes across a multi-site, complex organisation



Experience in the education sector, an understanding of the sales process including student admissions and conversion and pipeline management

As demand for education continues to grow, with increased wealth in emerging markets and a growing skills gap in developed markets leading to significant opportunities for education providers. The sector has also reached a tipping point, where technology is facilitating the emergence of innovative new business models that are changing the delivery of education products and services around the world. Navitas is looking to capture these opportunities and respond to these challenges by delivering a multi-year transformation program – Navitas 2020.

Qualifications and Selection Criteria
