PET POLICY

As a rule, Medallion Management does not allow pets in its properties, but may exceptions on a case by case basis. In these cases, we will allow small, well-behaved, and well-trained dogs (under 10 lbs.) and/or neutered/spayed cats, limited to (2) pets total. Veterinary records verifying neuter/spay procedure will be required as proof of compliance. As a tenant of Medallion Management, it is your responsibility to control your pet’s behavior (including aggressive behavior or excessive barking) and to maintain/clean/control waste in yard or in litter boxes. Failure to control these aspects of responsible pet ownership may result in eviction from the property. Inclusion of a pet in your residence requires an additional $250 pet deposit to cover any additional/potential damage done by your pet to the property.
