LAWN & SNOW MAINTENANCE POLICY

As a tenant of Medallion Management, it is your responsibility to maintain the lawn and remove the snow in accordance to city ordinances. Specifically, the following areas must be shoveled promptly after each snowfall:  Front & rear entrance sidewalks  Front & rear steps and porches  Garage driveway  Sidewalks from street to residence  City sidewalks in front and side of residence Should you neglect your lawn and sidewalks, we will perform these tasks at a fee to you of $35.00 per occurrence, which will be billed to you to be included in your next month’s rent. Thank you in advance to your cooperation in keeping your residence safe and maintained.
