Protect what you have Alice warranty and service plans

Warranty and service plans for the Alice family of diagnostic systems allow you to

protect your investment. These plans are designed to provide you with peace of mind and security to maximize your equipment uptime.

Extended warranty and service plans can provide assurance that your equipment is covered if your

unit manufacturer warranty is coming to an end. If your warranty has already lapsed, our service

contract allows you to plan expenses and reduce the opportunity for exposure. Whatever your service needs, we have a plan that’s right for you.

Alice PSG standard warranty programs include: • Loaner unit while unit is being repaired • Latest Sleepware updates • Unlimited site licensing • 24/7 technical support by phone or remote access • After service, return freight and packaging • Full electrical, mechanical, and functional check • Equipment cleaned and factory tested prior to return • Service performed at an authorized Philips Respironics repair facility The benefits of having a plan: • Paying a one-time fee in order to eliminate unplanned repair costs • Your warranty service work is top priority (over non-warranty work) • Avoiding the time and inconvenience associated with estimates and approvals • Cost-effective maintenance (a one-year warranty plan typically costs less than one non-warranty service call) • Maximizing your equipment uptime with loaner systems

Extended warranties add additional years to your equipment’s standard warranty and can last one, two, or three years. Purchasing these warranties at the same time you purchase an Alice device provides you with a very low cost option. Loaner devices are included while under warranty. Note: If a product is returned for warranty service, a maintenance check is performed at no charge. Point-of-sale warranty programs include quick turnaround time and exclude repairs necessitated by deterioration, wear, abuse, mishandling, tampering, misuse, or modifications. Turnaround time represents the time a unit spends at Philips Respironics in the repair process and does not include time in transit.

Post-sale options Extended warranty programs If your system is still under its original warranty, you can purchase an extended warranty package that includes maintenance and loaner systems. Service contracts If your original warranty has lapsed, you can still protect your investment by purchasing a service contract. The applied service contract cannot extend the device past the five-year life cycle of the device. Additional shipping and inspections fees may apply.

Extended warranties Repair only (parts, labor, second day return freight to customer, and latest software available during the time of the repair).

Service agreements Can be purchased after warranty expiration. Unit operation must be validated by Philips Respironics personnel before the service agreement can be purchased.
