Looking to teach Pilates in paradise? Pure Pilates of Ft. Lauderdale, is looking for a dynamic, passionate, & enthusiastic Pilates instructor to join the Pure Pilates team. Come join a growing studio with an atmosphere defined by personal, positive energy & professionalism. Pure Pilates is a full-service, state-of-the-art teacher-training studio associated with Alycea Ungaro's Real Pilates in New York City. We offer professional and personalized instruction with visible and proven results using top of the line equipment from Gratz and Pilates Designs by Basil. Our clientele is diverse – from teens into 80s with a broad spectrum of experience and abilities. Located in an affluent area of Fort Lauderdale, FL – approximately 1 mile from the beach, Pure Pilates is a great place to start or continue your Pilates career. We offer a flexible PT schedule with potential to build easily & quickly into FT schedule. All shifts currently available including Saturdays.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Teaching both individual students and groups on a variety of equipment. • Building and maintaining studio client relations. • Assisting in studio maintenance, cleanliness & order. • Attending staff meetings, trainings and classes. • Active participation in Ft. Lauderdale community.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: • Candidate must have a full Classical Pilates Apparatus qualification with a minimum of 1-year teaching experience preferred but will consider a newly certified individual. • Ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills. • Must be timely, organized, and comfortable teaching clients of all ages & abilities – including those rehabilitating from injuries & with special needs.
