HARLEQUIN RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB DINNER FOR 2 ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD Official Raffle Rules 1.

Raffle tickets shall not be sold to a person under the age of 18 years of age.

2.

Ticket sellers must advise ticket buyers not to write the name of a person under the age of 18 years of age on the ticket. If the name on the winning ticket proves to be a person under the age of 18 years of age, a new winner will be drawn at the earliest convenience of the Brantford Harlequin Rugby Club using the same method listed in the Official Raffle Rules.

3.

Tickets will be sold via direct sales by Brantford Harlequin Rugby Football Club, and can be purchased for cash, cheque, AMEX, Visa or Mastercard or online at www.supportharlequinrugby.ca. Cheques will only be accepted up to 2 weeks prior to the raffle to allow for clearing prior to the draw. Brantford Harlequin Rugby Football Club will process all ticket requests via mail.

4.

The raffle prize sponsor is Pauwels Travel Bureau Ltd., 95 Dalhousie Street, Brantford, ON ("Sponsor").

5.

Notice advising ticket purchasers, in the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, Brantford Harlequin Rugby Football Club shall award the prize to only one of the individuals identified on the ticket, and that Brantford Harlequin Rugby Football Club and the OLG are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.

All raffle tickets must be sold in the province of Ontario.

7.

In the event that Brantford Harlequin Rugby Football Club becomes aware of tickets being stolen or misplaced, Brantford Harlequin Rugby Football Club shall notify Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation immediately so that appropriate action may be taken.

8.

Staff of Brantford Harlequin Rugby Football Club and their families residing at the same address are not allowed to purchase raffle tickets.

9.

A total of 2200 tickets are printed and available for sale at $20.00 each, or in books of six (6) at $100.00.

10. The draw will be held on September 17, 2016, at approximately 5 p.m. at the Q-META Cup at the Harlequin Rugby Football Club, 22 Powerline Road, Brantford, Ontario.

11. The draw will be videotaped as one ticket is drawn from a transparent or mesh draw barrel. The winning ticket will be drawn manually by an individual who does not have a ticket in the draw, in a random manner. Only the person making the draw will put their arm into the draw barrel, and will have no clothing on their arm below their elbow. 12. The winner does not have to be present to win the prize. The raffle chair person will use all available means to contact the winner. The winner has up to one year to claim their prize. The winner must present valid identification to Brantford Harlequin Rugby Football Club to claim the prize. 13. In the event a ticket drawn for a prize results in Brantford Harlequin Rugby Football Club being unable to contact that recipient within one (1) year, Brantford Harlequin Rugby Football Club will dispose of the prize with proceeds directed towards Brantford Harlequin Rugby Football Club, based on the approval of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation. 14. No refunds will be offered once a ticket has been purchased.

PRIZE 1.

One (1) winner will receive a travel voucher for redemption at Pauwels Travel Bureau to be used towards two (2) economy class airline tickets to winner's destination choice, hotel transfers to and from airport, one night stay in a hotel of the club's choice, and a prepaid VISA card up to $1,500.00 for dinner. The maximum retail value of the prize is $8800.00. No cash equivalent will be awarded.

2.

Harlequin Rugby Football Club authorizes Pauwels Travel Bureau to book two economy class airfares from anywhere in Ontario, to any destination worldwide that the winner chooses.

3.

Harlequin Rugby Football Club authorizes Pauwels Travel Bureau to book a moderately priced hotel at the winner's chosen destination for the night of arrival, one night only based on a double room, and prepay the room rate, plus applicable taxes. Winner may elect to extend their stay at their own expense.

4.

Harlequin Rugby Football Club authorizes Pauwels Travel Bureau to book and prepay the transfers from the airport to the hotel.

5.

Winner will receive a prepaid VISA card (or equivalent) for $1500.00 to cover the maximum allowed for dinner. Dinner reservations at any restaurant of the winner's choice can also be made by Pauwels Travel Bureau at the time of booking.

6.

There are no blackout dates for travel.

7.

Travel Insurance is not included in the prize.

8.

Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

9.

REDEMPTION CLAIM PERIOD: Winner will be advised to contact Pauwels Travel Bureau to book their trip. Reservation for travel must be made within 90 days of the draw, with travel scheduled to be completed by September 17, 2017 (12 month validity).

WINNER 1.

The name of the winner will be available after draw date and will be posted on website at www.supportharlequinrugby.ca.

2.

The winner will be notified by phone.

GENERAL By accepting the prize, winner agrees to hold sponsors, its agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone else involved in the development, production or handling of the raffle and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Decisions are final on all matters relating to this raffle. By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Raffle Rules and the decisions of Brantford Harlequin Rugby Football Club.

OTHER 1.

Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold prior to draw, up to 2200.

2.

This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein and is void where prohibited by law.

3.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest or the Contest rules at any time without notice.

4.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash.

5.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes are awarded as-is and no warranties or guarantees are implied or expressed.

6.

Sponsor is not liable for any lost, late, misdirected or stolen entries or inability to process entries, or any errors, damage or negligence that may arise in connection with this raffle, including technical failures, virus, website down-time, human error or property damage incurred by any entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising.
