RAFFLE LOGISTICS Use the checklist below to make sure you have everything you need for your raffle by the RxWiki Member Success Team

CHOOSE YOUR DATES Choose your official raffle dates. Make sure to have it run for about a month so everyone has enough time to enter ENTRY DETAILS* Make sure to have a set protocol in place for saving raffle entries. There are a few options you can choose from: Storing entries in an electronic document is your best bet. You can create a free online spreadsheet through your Gmail account by going to: gmail>sheets>start a new spreadsheet If you have an iPad - this will be your easiest option. Keep it at the register and use an easy application like SignUpAnywhere to capture entries. You can also go old school and keep a "fishbowl" + slips of paper at the register.

PURCHASE A GIFT CARD Choose one that will incentivize people to enter. A few ideas include: a locally loved spot, Amazon, or even your store! INFORM YOUR STAFF Hold a brief meeting to let everyone know all the details of your raffle: The rules of entry (patients must show you the app on their phone) START & END dates Where to enter names

*Pro Tip: Collect email addresses during the raffle entry process to use later on for communication with patients

IN STORE The more opportunities you have

raffle, the more entries you will get. Check these ideas off in-store: Print at least 3 'How To Enter' flyers on page 5. Place one by the register, one in the window/door to your store, and one by prescription drop off/pick up (bonus points for more flyers)!

Print a stack of the 'How to Enter' bag stuffer flyers on page 6 and place them in prescription bags. Update your on-hold/IVR to announce the details of the raffle: qualifications for entry, where to enter, dates of the raffle.

WEBSITE Make sure all your website visitors know about the raffle! Put an announcement on your website including the details and duration of the raffle.

MOBILE APP Although people who see this info will already have your app downloaded, you can give them the details they need & encourage them to share the raffle info with friends and family Create a promo card in Patient Engager with the raffle details.

SOCIAL MEDIA Use Buffer or Hootsuite to schedule the following posts on Facebook & Twitter: Announcing the Raffle + details Weekly reminders + a post the day before it ends & a post the day it ends Announce the winner!
