Three courses fulfill the licensing requirements. Course 1 covers basic real estate principles and must be completed before taking the license exam. To enhance your chances of passing the exam on your first try, we recommend the optional Minnesota Real Estate Exam Prep course. Next, take Course 2 and Course 3 covering Minnesota real estate practices.
