FINAL ROUND PRIZES: 1ST--$500 2ND--$250 3RD--$125 4TH--$75 5TH--$50 *Plus: $25 for most lones in preliminary round; and, $25 for most lones in final round Mail Completed Form with fee to: Girls Inc-Rotary Euchre, PO Box 1242, Seymour, IN 47274 $15.00 Early Bird Advance Registration Fee before Oct. 27, 2017 ($25.00 to register at door). The Rotary Charity Euchre Committee reserves the right to refuse any registration. Contestant must be 18 or older to play. No refunds. Prize payments are dependent on sufficient number of registered contestants. Winners of more than $250.00 must provide proof of tax identification (social security) number before receiving the winnings in check payment form.
