Rate for a Garden/Pool View Room is $330.00 per night. Rooms at this rate are available to Auto Insurance Report National Conference attendees for the dates of April 19-26, 2018, subject to availability of the contracted room block. *All room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (10% occupancy tax, .1% tourism fee, and $3 TBID assessment fee) in effect at the time of check-in. Check-in is 4:00p.m. Check-out time is 11:00a.m. Guaranteed early arrivals (prior to 4:00pm) need to be reserved for the night before and will be charged the full room and tax rate accordingly. Early arrival or late departure requests and specific bed types (king or double/double) are based on availability and not guaranteed.
• Cancelation Policy: All attendees are required to submit a valid credit card number to guarantee their reservation. In the event an individual no-shows or cancels their reservation within the 7 day cancellation period, the credit card will be charged the full room and tax revenue for the entire length of stay. Hotel cancellation policy states individuals must cancel their reservation at least 7 days prior to arrival. • Reservation Cut-Off: Rooms will be held for the attendees of the Auto Insurance Report National Conference at this special rate until March 28, 2018, or until the reserved block fills. At that time, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate.
