Request for Bid for Telecommunications Services Transdev Services, Inc. is soliciting telecommunication service providers to bid on Metro WAN, local dial-tone and long distance services. Bids shall include itemized pricing detailing installation charges (if applicable) and service options and listed by the location of service. Provide single-year and multi-year proposals for comparative purposes for the services as detailed below. If identical services cannot be provided, include the exception and explanation of how the service is different than that detailed below. Other details such as service-levelagreements (SLA), trouble reporting, business continuity process, etc. shall be part of information to be provided with the proposal. METRO AREA WAN SERVICES Site

Site Demarcation shall be in the form of a 100 MB Ethernet Cat 5 Jack port. Bandwidth increase shall be available upon request without incurring additional setup charges, provided that no new equipment is needed to support additional bandwidth. Site 4 (Napoleon) is currently out of service as of this writing. The site is currently under renovation work. When the renovations are complete, we would like to turn up WAN services at the location. Each site listed is capable of communicating with one another on a Layer 2 Ethernet fashion so in essence each site is bridged on a common L2 network. DIAL TONE SERVICES Transdev has 2 Trunked primary rate interfaces (PRIs) which services the following incoming DID numbers and all outbound calls for the organization. LONG DISTANCE SERVICES Transdev requires a set monthly rate for long distance services in the North American region as well as Canada and Mexico. On average, Transdev does not exceed 5000 minutes on a given month of long-distance-service. Should Transdev exceed that minute amount, please provide per minute rates. Transdev also requires published rates to be provided for International dialing, primarily to the UK and France and on occasion to other European countries. SERVICE OUTAGE REPORTING AND ESCLATION As a bidder, please provide Transdev documentation regarding the procedure of reporting outages and problems with telecommunication services. Include contact numbers for resolving billing issues, reporting service outages and problems, problem escalation procedures, problem resolution time, and any other pertinent information regarding your company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding customer problem reporting and resolution. SERVICE LEVEL AGREMENT Provide information regarding your Company’s ability to guarantee to provide service and what credits will be given should be an outage due to a failure on your Telecom network. Also include historical information regarding your Company’s ability to provide service and outage percentages. Include a high-level discussion about your business continuity plan or redundant site information for your company’s network infrastructure. IMPLEMENTATION TRANSITION PLAN Provide a timeline plan to implement new services. Items to include in the plan are circuit installation time, phone number porting time, transition outage time, and coordination of CPE transition.
