Discussion: • Read Luke 24 in its entirety (there are other resources for listening/watching in the resource column. You can actually use all the different resources there in about 10 minutes time). • Make a list of every insight you can glean about Jesus from this passage. Share the ones that are most "awesome" to you. • Make a list of every insight you can glean about these 2 disciples and their transformation. In what ways are we like these 2 followers? • What do you think kept them from recognizing Him? What did Jesus use to open their eyes to who he really was? • Why do you think they returned to Jerusalem once they recognized Him? Are there people in your life that God has put an eagerness in your heart to share the hope of Christ with? What is a next step of faith for you towards speaking to them of Christ? • Spend time worshiping Jesus for who he reveals himself to be in this passage. Pray also for the people you are longing to share Christ with.
